The location of the hotel is excellent, situated close to the river boat and in a peaceful side street. The room is cozy, clean, and modern, with a really comfortable bed and nice design touches. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The bathroom is always clean, and the breakfast served at the hotel is lovely, with a mix of Western and Thai options. The hotel also offers facilities like a coffee shop, complimentary snacks, and a common area to relax in.
The only downside is the lack of an elevator in the hotel.

The design of the common room was sweet and the rooms were clean and modern. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was great, in a peaceful side street.
The vegetarian/egg-free breakfast option was disappointing, with just a basic salad and no dressing. the room cleaning service only made the bed and took out the trash, leaving other areas uncleaned.
